STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Heat oil, fry onions until transparent, add garlic paste, ginger paste, BQF Keema Masala and ground/minced meat, Stir fry until liquid nearly dries.
  2. Add tomatoes and 1-2 cups water. Cover and cook on low heat (20-30 minute) until mince it tender.
  3. Add green chilies, fresh coriander and cook until oil separates. Stir frequently.
  • For Gravy : Add 1-2 cups water and bring to boil. Then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  • If desired remove excessive oil before serving.
  • Serving Suggestion : Serve with hot roti / Naan.
