- Wash and dry chicken cut into pieces then dip both sides in whisked Egg or Milk.
- Put the chicken fry mix in a container. Then add the chicken pieces and mix together until all the chicken pieces are evenly coated.
- Deep fry the chicken pieces for 15 minutes, turning half way through cooking or oven bake on a lightly greased baking tray at 2000C (3920F) for 25-30 minutes, turning half way through cooking. Serve & Enjoy.

- For extra crispy chicken, double coat the chicken in the mix.
