BQF Kofta mix helps you prepare delicious and mouthwatering traditional Meatball Curry with its perfect blend of rich and aromatic spices.

- In the minced meat, add half grounded onions, half yoghurt,(egg), green coriander and 2 tablespoons BQF Kofta Masala. Knead to make a smooth dough. Make about 40 small round meat balls.
- Heat ghee and fry the remaining onions paste until golden. Add garlic the remaining yoghurt and BQF Kofta Masala Stir fry for few minutes and then add 2-3 glasses of water. Boil for about 15 minutes on medium heat.
- Add meat balls and reduce the heat. Cook until meat balls are tender; about 20-30 minutes. Do not stir with a spoon.
- Serving Suggestion : Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with plain boiled rice or hot chappaties.
- Tips for best results : If the meat balls break, add a whisked egg in the minced meat.
- To make softer koftas : soak a slice of bread in water and mash it. Then lightly squeeze out the water and mix in the minced meat.
